SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders are processed as soon as the payment of transactions are finalised.
- The method of delivery and shipping details should be specified by the customer in the order form. This guarantees a smooth delivery of the goods.
- Delivery in the EU is carried out by DpD courier. Delivery for countries outside EU should be scheduled individually.
- The cost of delivery results from the choice of the form of shipment.
- The delivery time includes order processing time and delivery time. On average, we ship orders within 10 business days. The first business day is considered the order placed by 12:00 noon. Orders placed after this time are processed from the next business day.
