1. How long does it take to fulfilan order for a gymnastics outfit?
At Machikogym, we prioritise quality and precision – every outfit we create is made with passion and attention to the smallest detail. As we sew to the highest standards and often produce bespoke items, our stock can run out quickly.
If your dream outfit is only just going onto the machine, you can be sure it is going through the entire production process in accordance with the highest standards. It usually takes between 1 and 10 working days from the moment you place your order until it is dispatched .
However, we know that sometimes every moment counts – a competition is approaching, a birthday is coming up, or a gift needs to be ready immediately. That’s why we’ve created the Express option, which allows us to prepare your outfit in as little as 3 working days (for an additional fee).
2. Are Machiko outfits made in Poland?
Yes!
Since the very beginning of the brand, all our gymnastics outfits have been 100% made in Poland. This is a huge source of pride for us – it allows us to have full control over quality and take care of every detail at every stage of the production process. Our team is a group of talented people who work in a close-knit, passionate atmosphere. We believe that this is precisely what gives our outfits something special – heart, energy and precision that you’ll notice the very first time you try them on.

3. How to choose the right size for a child’s gym outfit?
The right size is essential for comfort and freedom of movement during exercise. Every sport requires a slightly different fit – sometimes more snug, other times looser. To choose the perfect size, it’s best to use our size chart, available with every product. Before placing your order, we encourage you to measure your child carefully – chest, waist and hip circumferences, as well as height – and compare the results with the data in the chart. We know that every child develops at their own pace, which is why we have designed our sizes to ensure comfort and freedom of movement during training. If you have any doubts, you can always contact us – we’ll be happy to help you choose the perfect size.
4. Can I order a kit with club branding?
Of course! We’ve been creating kits for clubs, academies and schools for years, and we treat every such project as a small work of art. When we prepare a graphic or design for you, it means that no other club will be able to choose or replicate the same design. This means you can be sure that your kits are truly unique.

5.What materials are Machiko garments made from?
At Machiko, we believe that a good outfit is more than just a nice cut. That’s why we choose materials that work with your body – they’re soft, stretchy and so comfortable that you might forget you’re wearing them whilst exercising. It’s this ‘second skin’ effect that our customers so often praise us for. We use certified, high-quality knitted fabrics, carefully selected for their skin-friendliness, durability and colour vibrancy. This means your Machiko outfit not only looks beautiful, but also lasts a long time – from your first training session right through to your future successes.
6.Are the outfits suitable for gymnastics competitions?
Our range includes both training outfits, which ensure comfort during daily exercises, and competition outfits — designed with performances, emotions and the magic of the stage in mind . It is these outfits that catch the eye, emphasise movement and make every routine even more special.
Competition outfits fromMachikogym combine quality, aesthetics and a passion for detail. We work with shimmering fabrics, use crystals that beautifully reflect light, as well as lightweight tulle and mesh that add lightness and dynamism. Every element matters — from the cut and colour scheme right down to the smallest embellishments.
However, our brand’s greatest strength lies in our ability to create bespoke designs. At Machikogym, you become the designer of your own outfit. You can decide on everything — from the inspiration and graphics, through the choice of fabrics and their colours, right down to the type and placement of embellishments, such as rhinestones or appliqués. We’re here to support you — to advise, suggest solutions and refine the design so that it’s not only beautiful, but also meets the competition requirements and is comfortable during your performance. 7.How do I exchange or return an outfit?
If you wish to return or exchange an outfit, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so . To make a return, simply submit a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract. The relevant form can be downloaded below. The customer chooses the method and cost of returning the goods and covers these costs themselves. It is also possible to exchange the product. You can exchange the purchased item for a different size of the same model or for another product available in the shop. In this case , an additional payment or a refund of the price difference may be required. Please contact the Seller in advance before making an exchange .
In the case of an exchange, the cost of re-dispatch is 10 PLN. The fee can be included with the parcel in cash or paid into a bank account.
Please note that a return will not be possible if the product:
● has been made or altered to a custom order, for example, it has non-standard dimensions, colour, lettering or an altered cut,
● shows signs of use,
● has been washed after trying it on.
A receipt must also be included with thereturned goodsin order to receive a refund . If you choose to personalise an item, it is worth thinking carefully before purchasing, as personalised products are non-returnable.
8.Do you ship outfits abroad?
Yes, we also ship our outfits abroad.
What was once a big dream for us has now become a reality.We are delighted to say that our products reach not only customers in Poland, but also beyond its borders. We fulfil orders for both clubs and individual customers, supplying kits tailored to various needs. Distance has long ceased to be an obstacle for us —Machikogym goes wherever our customers are.
9.What is the difference between a gymnastics outfit and a dance outfit?
Gymnastics and dance outfits differ primarily in their purpose and the requirements ofthe activity in question.
As in any sport, the specific needs of the athletes are what matter here too.Gymnastics leotards are usually more form-fitting, tight-fitting and designed to ensure full freedom of movement whilst sitting perfectly on the figure. In gymnastics, precision of execution is of great importance, which is why the outfit must fit well and meet specific technical requirements.
Dance outfits, on the other hand, usually offer greater freedom in terms of cut . They more often feature looser styles, delicate fabrics, tulle and elements that add lightness and flair to movement. Dance generally allows more scope for playing with form and style, which is why such outfits can be less tight-fitting and more visually varied.
10.How to care for your gymnastics outfit so it lasts longer?
If you want your gymnastics outfit to last as long as possible, take good care of it. Any outfit we look after retains its appearance, comfort and quality for longer.
It is best to wash it in cooler water and on a gentle cycle. It’s worth choosing mild detergents and avoiding bleaches and fabric softeners, which can have a negative effect on the fabric and colours. We also don’t recommend tumble drying the outfit. High temperatures aren’t good for delicate fabrics and trims, so the best solution is to dry it flat or in a well-ventilated place. Competition outfits should not come into contact with an iron. Mesh, tulle and decorative details are very delicate, so ironing can easily damage them.
It is also good practice not to keep the outfit in a closed bag for too long after use . A quick refresh and proper care will ensure it looks great for a long time.
