- Each Customer may withdraw from the contract of sale and within no later than 14 days from the day on which he or she received the consignment with the Order.
- Withdrawal from the contract of sale of the Goods shall be effected by the Customer's submission of a clear statement to the Seller, which can be downloaded below.
- The direct costs and form of returning the Goods are the responsibility of the Customer.
- The Customer, who is a consumer, may request the Seller to exchange the purchased Goods for another copy of the same Goods or other Goods available in the Store - at an additional charge or refund of the difference in value. If a refund is necessary, the form of the refund shall be decided by the Customer.
- Replacement of the purchased Goods with other Goods available in the Store is possible after prior contact with the Seller, at an extra charge or refund of the difference in value.
- We do not accept the return of ordered goods if any changes have been made to them at the customer's request (non-standard size, colour, inscription, change of cut, etc.).
- We will not accept the return of an ordered item if it has signs of use or has been washed after being tried on.
- As a prerequisite for the refund, the receipt must be enclosed with the returned products.
- The cost of re-dispatch in case of exchange is 10 PLN - payable in cash in the form of enclosing the parcel, or to your bank account.
